A message from Iowa Remembers: To our supporters…

Iowa Remembers, Inc. would like to thank everyone who helped make the 2nd Annual Remembrance Run a success. We want to acknowledge our sponsors: Scheels, University of Phoenix, Iowa Army National Guard, Clearance Jobs.com, William Penn University and the American Legion Riders Post 232 in Polk City. We also appreciate our numerous volunteers for making this event possible.  Thank you to Brother Trucker, Smokey D’s BBQ and Morning Glory Bakery for bringing enjoyment to our post-run festivities.

On a personal note, we would like to thank Courtney Hinders and Sarah Espinoza for all their hard work and dedication, and for uniting with us to make this event successful.

We hope that you all join us again next year for the 3rd Annual Remembrance Run – Honoring Iowa’s Fallen in September 2012.

Most importantly, let us never forget the sacrifices made by our fallen Iowa heroes. We ask that you continue to honor and remember each and every one of them.

Our deepest gratitude,

Chris and Heather Johnson
