Iowa Remembers – Armed Forces Day Celebration
Reclaimed Rails Brewing Company
101 Main St. NE, Bondurant
Saturday, May 21, 2016
11:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M.
Join Iowa Remembers on Saturday, May 21, for an Armed Forces Day celebration to pay tribute to our men and women who serve in the United States’ armed forces. We have teamed up with Reclaimed Rails and created a seasonal brew just for the occasion – Armed Forces Ale! Our special seasonal brew will be on tap for the first time to honor our service members! There will also be a limited number of a special edition growler bottles for purchase that commemorates the event!
There are several ways to participate in our event! You can simply join us at Reclaimed Rails Brewing Company anytime from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. or there will be a bike ride* (Ankeny to Bondurant) to enjoy the celebration. The Bondurant Fire Department will have our large American flag displayed at the Bondurant Trailhead to welcome our bike riders and show support for Iowa’s military!
We will have food and goodies for our military personnel served by Brick Street Market from 11:30 – 1:30 (while supplies last) and live music by local musician, James Biehn, from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.
