The 9th Annual Iowa Remembrance  Run (a 5K Walk/Run) will be held on Sunday, September 30, 2018 (Gold Star Mother’s Weekend).  The Iowa Remembrance Run honors Iowa’s fallen service members since 9/11 who were casualties of war from Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation New Dawn.  We also honor Iowa service members who have died during that time due to injuries received while serving, PTSD* or while serving on active duty.
